1. What is the New Lab-Start-Up Programme?
This is a programme designed to help people, setting up a new lab to receive the support they need along with an ability to source all their products efficiently from one source at very competitive prices. In addition to the individual offers, this year we have also developed of support services to help you save more time & money. In fact under this programme there is the potential to save in excess of £50,000.
2. What does the Lab Start-Up programme offer?
In addition to potential savings of over £50,000 and guidance from your dedicated Fisher Scientific sales person, the programme also offers:

3. What are the criteria for eligibility for the programme?
Individuals must either be:
- • Setting up a new lab,
- • Expanding or renovating your lab,
- • Relocating to new premises
- • Or in receipt of first time grant
4. Are there any additional incentives to the Lab Start-Up programme?
Yes. If you spend £2,000, you will receive £500 of Fisherbrand vouchers. When you spend £10,000, you will receive a further £500 of Fisherbrand vouchers. When you spend £20,000 you will receive a further £500 of Fisherbrand vouchers – making a potential total of £1,500 of Fisherbrand vouchers.
5. When must I place my stocking order?
The stocking order must be placed within 6 months of the date of the account being opened.
6. How long have I got, after placing my initial stocking order, are the offers valid for?
The offers are valid for up to 6 months after the first order has been placed.
7. How long have I got to claim free product?
All free products must be redeemed after the sixth month period of the account and before four weeks after account deactivation.

Please fill out as completely as possible otherwise it may delay the process. Fields marked with * are required.
9. How long does the registration process take?
If you already have a Fisher Scientific account you will receive a welcome letter with your unique Lab Start-Up account number on it. Please note your Lab Start Up account does not become active until you place your first order. This ensures that no time is wasted between your account start and end dates. If you are a new Fisher Scientific customer, we are required to conduct a screening review prior to setting up your profile. Your Fisher Scientific representative will contact you and let you know what documents are required for the screening review. The sooner we receive those documents, the sooner we can process your New Lab-Start-Up request.
10. I have received my unique account number but my new lab set-up date was delayed and I won't be able to place orders until next month or later. Can my contract start date be delayed so that I can take advantage of the full 6 months?
Yes, if you haven't placed any orders yet, your account will not have been activated (see also FAQ 9) therefore it won’t be affected by any delays in setting up your new lab.

12. How do I claim free products?
You will need to complete the on-line product claim form. Wherever you see the CLAIM ONLINE logo next to an offer you are eligible for FREE products when you order. You will need to fill out a separate product claim form for each supplier to claim your FREE product.
13. My contract has expired. Can you renew or extend my contract?
No. It is important to ensure you take advantage of all the Lab Start Up offers you need within 6 months of your first order being placed.
14. How can I place an order and receive the Lab-Start-Up offers?
- Phone/fax – When ordering via phone or fax, you need to reference your unique Lab Start-Up account number
- Online – Important – when you place your Lab Start-Up orders on-line you MUST include your unique account number
