During October and November 2010, Fisher Scientific staged a series of Activate Science events at seven key locations within the UK.
‘Activate Science’ is an interactive scientific laboratory event which was aimed at everyone involved within the laboratory environment who either specify, use or purchase products. World leading suppliers, within the laboratory industry, exhibited and demonstrated some of the latest technologies available.”
Each event provided:
- Product exhibition giving the opportunity for visitors to discuss any requirements they have with Application Specialists.
- Product demonstrations with an opportunity for visitors to gain firsthand experience.
- Free entry and free refreshments.
The events proved very popular with visitors and exhibitors alike.
Visitors, to each event, had the chance to take part in a prize draw to win an iPad, a digital radio or £25 worth of Argos gift vouchers.
