Making his debut apprearance at Science World this year  is Werner Gruber, described as “Germany’s answer to Heston Blumenthal”.

Werner has some real treats in store as this acclaimed ‘Science Buster’ brings his mad-cap scientific cooking experiments to the stage.  He studied physics at Vienna Technical University and has been a scientific employee of the Institute for Experimental Physics at Vienna University for Neuro-physics and Physical Didactics since 1999.
