Labtek powder is a free-rinsing powder form of alkaline detergent, for cleaning laboratory instruments, glassware, ceramics and plastics. Labtek powder is free from enzymes and sodium hypochlorite. It rapidly
dissolves into water and used at a 5% solution it rapidly removes oil, grease, tar,
silicones, inorganic soils, polyacrylate and PVA resins, blood, proteins and a
wide range of other organic soils from ferrous metals, glassware, plastics and
ceramics. The product is highly suitable for use in pharmaceutical, scientific and
industrial laboratories where detergent residues are an issue. Can be used
manually or in an ultrasonic bath where heating the solution improves cleaning
efficiency. Not suitable for use on non-ferrous metals and polycarbonate.
